Knocking at midnight · Online survey

Some people just want to know if "this really counts as an issue." Let’s start by talking it over online.

Process

• 60-Minute Voice Call: You recount the timeline, and the observer will take notes while listening, interrupting at any time to ask for details.
• On-Site Simulation: You carry your phone and walk through the space in order (from the entrance → hallway → the room where it happened → the bed), while the observer listens to the audio and checks the lighting and layout.
• Delivery: Within 3 business days, you will receive an inspection report + three steps you can take yourself (which one must be done first, and which one you must absolutely avoid).

Who It Is For

People who cannot have outsiders enter their rental property, those who have family members at home, or those who simply want to confirm whether it is necessary to pay for an in-person visit.

Note

Online inspection cannot replace an on-site visit; judgments will be more conservative, and the observer will directly tell you if "this must be inspected in person." We do not handle health and medical issues, nor do we provide investment advice.
