An empty house "remembers" things: dampness, stuffiness, skewed light; you don't want to stay a moment longer once you walk in. A house clearing isn't a ritual; it's about tidying up a space according to set principles.

What happens during a 3-hour visit?

• Measure: Orientation, door and window airflow, occupancy frequency, and any recent structural changes.
• Clear: Follow the clearing process in order (inside to outside, high to low); open windows as needed, move what needs moving, and keep what should stay.
• Record: Write down three reasons why "something feels off." Address what can be fixed on-site, and provide cost estimates for what cannot.
• Deliverable: A conditioning report (PDF) within 3 business days: initial assessment, actions taken, and points to re-evaluate within three months.
