The most common type of commission: everything is fine until, one night, things start feeling off—doors rattle on their own, footsteps echo in the hallway, or items left on the table turn up elsewhere the next day.

What the Observer does on-site

• Listen first: Upon arrival, start the digital recorder and walk through the house; do not rush to speak or pass judgment.
• Assess: Determine orientation, gauge distance, and note the timing (three-sound method); anything that can be investigated is recorded in the on-site log.
• Execute: Perform a procedure based on the assessment; if charms, threads, or talismans need to be left behind, explain on the spot how to place them and when to remove them.
• Delivery: Provide an on-site report (PDF) within 3 working days, detailing what was done, what remains questionable, and recommended next steps.

What you need to prepare

A rough timeline (when it started), the room where incidents occur most frequently, and whether there are elderly people or children at home. After placing the order, the Observer will contact you using the information provided to schedule a time.

Notes

The bounty is calculated per visit; overtime beyond 2 hours will be billed separately and confirmed with you in advance. For suspected physical danger, gas leaks, or electrical issues, please contact the police or professional agencies first.
