Shipping

Where we ship from

Every bracelet is packed and shipped by hand from our studio in China. Orders
are processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery takes up to 15 business days after dispatch, and
most orders arrive sooner:

United States and Canada: 10 to 15 business days
United Kingdom and Europe: 10 to 15 business days
Asia and Oceania: 7 to 12 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing can add time and we
cannot control it.

Shipping cost

Flat rate US$6.90 per order. Free shipping on orders over US$75.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email
when the parcel leaves us. If tracking has not moved for more than 14 days,
email us and we will investigate, resend or refund.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders are shipped DDU (delivered duty unpaid): any import duties or taxes
charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the value of
the goods accurately and we will not mark a parcel as a gift.

Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, send us photographs within 14 days of delivery
and we will replace it or refund you in full. If a parcel is confirmed lost by
the carrier, we will replace it or refund you.
