Is this real jade, or the dyed kind?

It is natural white jade, not dyed quartz or glass sold under the name. Look at the beads in daylight: the colour should be slightly uneven and a little cloudy rather than flat and uniform. Perfectly even milkiness at a low price is almost always an imitation.

What is the red bead?

A single accent bead, in the traditional arrangement: white for clarity, red for protection. It is a deliberate part of the design rather than a flaw, and it is the detail that makes the bracelet read as Chinese rather than generic.

Which wrist should I wear it on?

Traditionally the left wrist draws energy in and the right wrist sends it out. Jade is usually worn on the left. There is no wrong answer.
